Free worldwide shipping!

Sigma Aligners will not be fabricated until Customer approves and pays the Treatment Set. Customer should receive the Treatment Set within to 3 weeks of case of submission and acceptance. Delivery dates are estimated. Title to products shipped under this Agreement and risk of loss or damage during shipment pass from Sigma Aligners to Customer upon delivery to the address specified by Customer.


Sending parcels are going from Germany via UPS, DHLor FedEx.


Sigma Aligners team provides the Customer with tracking number to track the parcel during its way to the Customer. All customs duties, if they appear, are paid by the Customer. Shipping laws are different in each country. Contact your local customs office for details.


In case of loss or damage to the parcel by the carrier on the way to the Customer, all responsibility for the parcel lies directly with the carrier.

Return

Due to the customized nature of dental aligners, returns cannot be accepted. In the case of a flaw in manufacturing or other issues, replacements will be considered on a case by case basis.
