We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and/or changes. Your continued use of or access to the following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature, or attempt to circumvent any security features. You agree to comply with all applicable law in connection with the use of the Website.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the service, use of the service, or access to the service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us. You agree that the site and the services are for personal, non-commercial use only.

In consideration of your use of the Website, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information about you as may be prompted by any registration forms on the Website ("Personal Information"); maintain and promptly update the Personal Information, and any other information you provide to Website, to keep it accurate, current and complete.

To place an order, you have to register on Sigma Aligners portal http://sigma-aligners.com/en-us/user/sign-in/login, download all required patient data:

- Last name, first name, date of birth, gender
- Upper and lower jaw, occlusion files in STL format from an intraoral scanner
- Photo: frontal, right and left occlusion, upper and lower jaw
- X-ray, TRG, CT
- Photo of the patient's face (front view, profile view)

Within 3 working days after providing patient data you will receive a free 3D treatment plan for approval. You can view the stages of treatment on our portal in the doctor's personal account.

After approval of the treatment plan* you need to pay by Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Amex) or PayPal. To choose the payment method please contact our team.
*We recommend you to choose the Unlimited treatment package, because in this package you get an unlimited number of treatment plans, even after approval. Also, adjust the treatment while wearing aligners.

Unlimited treatment plan package includes: corrections at the planning stage, refinement of the case during treatment, production of new aligners in case of breakage or deformation, production of single aligners in case of loss.

Within 10 working days an individual set of Sigma aligners is ready. Sending parcels going from Germany via UPS, DHL or FedEx. Worldwide shipping is free. We provide you with the tracking number to watch the route of the parcel.

Due to the customized nature of dental aligners, returns cannot be accepted. In the case of a flaw in manufacturing or other issues, replacements will be considered on a case by case basis.

Sigma Aligners are not responsible for delays or any failure in performance resulting from acts beyond the control of Sigma Aligners. Such acts include, but are not limited to, acts of local post service, strikes, acts of war, epidemics, governmental regulations superimposed after the fact, fire, communication line failures, power failures, earthquakes, or other disasters.
